Lighting producer Hubbardton Forge introduced that it’s streamlining its gross sales and buyer help buildings.
“Gross sales is Service and Service is Gross sales,” mentioned CEO Maria Mullen. “As a single entity, working hand in hand, this new construction will make us stronger.”
Gross sales and customer support will now be joined underneath the route of Andrew Knapp, vice chairman of gross sales. In a seamless effort to boost the extent of customer support, new inside gross sales leads have been named to give attention to three major channels of enterprise. Mac Slivka is promoted to inside gross sales lead — residential; Retha Boles is promoted to inside gross sales lead — commerce; and Zach Parker assumes a brand new position as inside gross sales lead — industrial.
“Zach, Mac and Retha know their channels exceptionally effectively,” mentioned Mullen. “We’ll leverage their experience to help our prospects and develop our gross sales.”
Lynn Jeffrey, the corporate’s director of customer support, will proceed to supervise the customer support/gross sales help groups. Amy McGuire, an 18-year veteran of Hubbardton Forge, with a deep data of the model, was promoted to the newly-created place of nationwide gross sales supervisor, overseeing residential showroom, industrial, and commerce gross sales channels. McGuire and Jeffrey will each report back to Knapp.
“As a veteran of Hubbardton Forge in a number of roles, Amy brings expertise, data and dedication to this new position which might be invaluable to Hubbardton Forge, to our prospects and to our gross sales workforce,” Knapp mentioned.
“This new collaborative construction will help Andrew and Amy of their gross sales efforts, and I’m assured it’ll end in even higher service for our reps and prospects,” added Mullen.
